This is the disappointment
And it’s all unravelling.
Passing out on these pillows we used to share
Lying to myself, helpless with myself
Thinking through dead end memories
What did you really mean to me?
Sick to my stomach
Just staring at these four walls
It’s the saddest sight
I’ve not slept enough tonight
I tried to talk myself out of this
But I’m all out of words
In this love story absent of the love
We stand so close together
Our hearts beating out of time
Clasping hands so tightly
We’re barely holding on
I have to let you know
This goodbye
Will leave a stain on my mind
And as the words linger on our lips
With this dying breath
We hang our heads
So as the train pulls away
I’ll tell myself that i’m okay without you
And as my heart begins to pull away
I’ll tell myself that it will be okay
And that I don’t miss you.
I’m not missing you.

I just picked Making Maps as my favorite because I had to pick A track. In reality, I have no idea what track is my favorite. This entire album is amazing. I was totally blown away when I heard it and I can't stop listening to it. Richard Spencer

I'm sorry I missed out on this band 'til now. Landscapes sound excellent, a must for any fan of UKHC in the first decade of the century. I'd put them on a playlist with early Gallows, Alexisonfire, Comeback Kid, Dead Swans, Lay It On The Line, Mercury League and HHH. Burning Flag Designs

There's a clear inheritance from bands like Saetia & Envy here, but Frameworks throws in a whole lot more: a blast beat here, a little ambient horn there. This is a very polished and evocative EP, the instant soundtrack to whatever time period in which you first discovered it. CX
